         24 hours a day – 7 days a week – is when our staff is on site to assist the women, children and families who live at House of Ruth.

         109 women who are alone live at four House of Ruth residences where they get the services and nurturing they need to build safer, more stable lives.

         63 families – comprised of 63 mothers and at least 250 of their children – are learning to cope with trauma, build key skills and create a healthier way of life at six House of Ruth residences.

         76 children under the age of five attend House of Ruth’s Kidspace Child and Family Development Center, where they get the specialized help they need to overcome developmental delays and enter school ready to learn.

         450 women and children are counseled in how to leave and recover from a violent relationship at House of Ruth’s Domestic Violence Support Center each year.

         114 of our 120 staff members provide the services to the 550 women and children at House of Ruth on any given day.

         25,000 individual donors make annual gifts to provide the critical resources needed to operate House of Ruth.

        25 mentors devote an afternoon or a full day every week to a child at House of Ruth.

         17 local volunteer leaders guide and support our efforts through their service on our Board of Directors.
