During the holiday season, House of Ruth connected donors with families at House of Ruth through the Adopt-A-Family program to provide holiday gifts for each member of the family. To protect our residents’ privacy, donors were not provided specific details about the family. Instead they received a profile that listed the age, gender and sizes of each family member, along with a short wish list of items.
While many families at House of Ruth were generously adopted, the Righteous Church of God took it one giant step further and sponsored our entire Bridges program with gifts for the moms and children. They made an additional special financial contribution to House of Ruth during their beautiful Christmas program on Sunday December 17, 2017.
