The “Houses” of Ruth

House of Ruth offers housing to women and children who are unhoused or experiencing domestic violence. Our services are inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community, and we are able to provide specialty services for those who are battling substance use disorder. We offer short-term and long-term housing accompanied by support from trained staff dedicated to survivors’ safety and helping them meet their goals.

Who can access housing?

Anyone who identifies as a woman and their dependents.

What Is the Application Process?

Please prepare the following:

  • Name (First/Last)
  • Where you stayed last night? (City/State)
  • Whether you’re looking for housing for just yourself or your family as well.
  • How many children do you have?

 

Contact our staff, who will walk you through the housing resources that best fit your goals and situation.

Where Are You Located?

Housing locations are kept private for the safety of our program participants and their families.

Please note 5 Thomas Circle is not able to take intake requests. You must reach out by phone, email or through our website.
