The Difference YOU Make: Supporting Survivors

Stability doesn’t begin with a key. It begins with consistency.

For survivors living with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder—especially after surviving domestic violence and houselessness—routine is everything. Missed medication. Skipped appointments. Isolation. Mental health can unravel quickly.

Because of you, our New Pathways and Three Sisters housing programs provide the safe housing, round-the-clock services, and skilled staff that women healing from mental health disorders need and deserve. In 2025, 30 women found the structure, care, and consistency required to move forward safely and steadily.

What does support actually look like?

  • A personalized treatment plan.
  • Case managers helping secure benefits, medical care and income assistance.
  • Life-skills groups focusing on budgeting, rebuilding relationships, and living independently.
  • Consistent check-ins to reinforce medication routines and notice early warning signs.

That’s what service-enriched housing looks like at House of Ruth. And you make it possible.

Always stay up-to-date.
